How long does my order take to ship?

The timeframe may differ based on the specifics of each order. Custom orders may necessitate additional time, as they involve the procurement of specialized scents before the product can be manufactured. Conversely, items that are readily available in stock typically ship within a period of 3 to 5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time International Shipping is not available. We hope to be able to do this in the near future but are not there quite yet. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

What is your return policy? 

If the product arrives damaged, or by some chance the order is not correct for some reason, we will gladly exchange the product. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we will not be able to accept returns on products that have already been used in any form.
